• Member Information
  : This includes identifying information such as name, address, phone number, and date of birth.
• Financial Information
  : If you choose to provide it to us for current billing purposes, we may obtain the type and the account number of your credit card along with expiration date and security code or the name of your bank and your checking account number. Credit card information is NOT kept on file and memberships will not auto renew.
