As soon as you complete the provider enrollment form, you are eligible to start offering PCD plans to underinsured patients in your clinic. However, you and your staff will likely want to do a quick training session first to set your PCD rates, but if you're familiar with PCD, and you honor the 25% fee reduction on non-covered services, you're all set to simply have patients go over to BeWell2.com/patient to join. There's no paperwork for your busy staff, so it really is just that fast and easy!
On the enrollment form there is a place for a primary chiropractor and also a place to add associate doctors. This option is used when the clinic shares patients and records. If the chiropractors in your clinic see patients and bill separately, then you may want to choose to have each chiropractor fill out their own provider enrollment form.
